What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

What bulb are you guys going with for the reverse lights. I really don't have to have a full LED conversion on my Hoe but some brighter reverse lights would be useful.

I ordered what @Fosscore installed. I'll receive and install them Tuesday. Probably way brighter than I need, but Fosscore knows his stuff.

I needed some brighter LED reverse lights. The ones I had in there were good, but I wanted brighter, like those 1200 lumen JDM Astars I just put in the NBS. I originally ordered the 3157s, but they didn't fit the NNBS socket.

It calls for a 7441 bulb which must be just that extra bit skinnier and allows the wedge to sit further down in the socket and make contact, whereas the 3157 bulb did not sit deep enough to trigger the lights.

Nonetheless, I had success in installing these new LED bulbs and they are super bright.

They are made by Bulbeats 1200 lumen 144 chipset projector bulbs. Here is the link to Amazon for $17.

No such thing as too bright!! Lol.

That swath of light out back is great and when hitting the key fob with the other exterior/interior
LEDs there is no doubt that a Suburban is there or you are backing out.

The wife mostly backs in now too, but sometimes goes head first so it is really helpful for her with the tinted windows.

Truth be told, I have great rearward visibility with the backing camera....but with my new LED license lights I figured that my stock reverse bulbs look lame. Yeah, with these mods I'm becoming vain af. Lol!

On the other hand, the super-bright reverse bulbs are good defense against otherwise unaware drivers when backing.

I have load resistors on all 4 led turn signals to stop hyper flash

Plug and play bulbs. Have had no issues in my OEM tail lights.

They had good lumens, good reviews, a projector and under $20. Win in my book.

If that was directed at me.

2 oz in 3000 miles. I can only imagine how bad it would be if I still had the DOD / Cylinder deactivation thing still enabled.

I normally check it every 1k or so. Been so busy I completely forgot about it. Thats prob the main reason oem's dont put them on, lok.

Lol right, i do mine every oil change and its about do to empty my also ..

On my 05 i got maybe half to less then half of that every 3500mi.

This will be my first empty on the 10 so ill have to compare.
