ROFLHmmm. I thought you said that someone sued them. Maybe I mis-read it when you said “(they got sued)”. Or are you just speculating because a seat tried to eat you like the chair that whooped up on Snoopy?

must be worn out. people have gotten hurt pretty bad on the removable 3rd row as wellI see. I guess I never thought of them as a risk as my four kids and the many we kids carpooled with were able to navigate them without incident on our 2007 and 2008 that had a middle row bench seat starting when my kids were 8, 6, 4 and 2. As I all reality, they seem to stall out pretty quickly with any amount of resistance, just like the power tailgate.
I see. All the people here are posting about things like cracked dashboards and not one person has posted, that I have seen, about any gruesome seat related injury. Please share your source of information on this dangerous feature of our vehicles.must be worn out. people have gotten hurt pretty bad on the removable 3rd row as well

And some people loose all their fingers by picking up a running lawn mower to trim their hedges...must be worn out. people have gotten hurt pretty bad on the removable 3rd row as well
Yeah. Had that in our 2007 and 2008. Can’t remember if the 2009 Suburban LTZ had it or not. Never used them.
lol, meanwhile there breaking into the walmart 2 blocks from me, about 20 people got in, cops have the place surrounded there rat's trapped in a cage now lol
My 2013 LTZ has them. The kids think they are neat. The Power Fold and Tumble or Flip and Fold 2nd Row seats are very common on the '07-'09 models and less common later on. One could order either seat all the way through to the end of production according to the brochures. Chevy and GMC.

I have the power fold 2nd row seats on mine but only buttons on the C pillar. I really don't see the point of having buttons for it in the overhead console.
