Hey Pete, was that your original that you replaced? Mine from 2017 says, "Tighten 3 Clicks". I'm looking at some for sale now that don't say anything and others are like mine. The last one purchased from Amazon last year was bad, caused the code to set twice as fast so it was sent back. Don't recall what that one might have said but do remember it was GT295. The former was purchased at a dealership.

Dyno tune........... 312rwhp (stock heads and VVT cam)

The numbers are low, but damn its fun to drive.

So I talked to some other buddies that have used the same dyno......they say it reads 10-15% low. So at 10% I would be 343 or 358 at 15%. I'll hit a dyno day at another shop later this year to confirm.

Either way the truck is super strong and shifts great.

well after running the battery(s) on maintenance mode on the charger & charging for a total of almost 3 days the 2nd battery went up to 100% (per the charger anyway)
I think i'm going to use one of these quick connects which gives me a top post terminal and a screw terminal option and run the ground from the 1st & 2nd battery together so they are both connected to the RVC, I'll take out the white plastic part for a better connection and then I just need about a 80" ground cable made up so I can run it across the firewall to the 2nd battery. then see if that makes any difference with charging, I suspect one my battery's is not up to ***** but time will tell.

Had a very slight “hiss” sound under acceleration. A quick visual showed all the exhaust manifold bolts were intact so that was good. Took a chance and checked tightness on them found two loose ones on the left side. The first and second to last ones. Pulled them out, wire wheeled, anti-seize and tightened up. No test drive to confirm. Nice to work under there after washing it down. What does anyone use as a detailing chemical under the hood?

I think simple green is a great one for cleaning them to dress it, Chemical Guys Silk Shine.

(Now that I said that, I need to do mine!!)

I sprayed it down with Gunk Engine Bright and hosed it off. Looks so much nicer. Got some frame areas to treat with Ospho when it gets warmer. Works best when its hot and muggy. Then paint it chassis black.

Simply green it baby! Love that stuff, Typically just leave it like a clean baby’s butt! No dressing.

Also gave the truck a bath, amazing how much white hides until it doesn’t any longer. The truck was a dirty little.....

I've used "purple power" as a de-greaser, stuff works and it's strong you def don't want to be inhaling it, that and good o'l soap and water with a pressure washer

Those are great in theory... but to be honest with you they are nothing but a loose/bad connection waiting to happen... been there done that, tossed it in the trash...
