What Design/Convenience features (or lack of) annoy you?

Why does the high dollar nav radio not scroll through the artist / title info and the cheap radios do?
Also my 05 Denali XL can only be unlocked with a key on the drivers door. My 01 Sub could do it from drivers door, passenger door, and rear hatch.
And my Sub had a door lock button by the rear hatch. The Denali doesn't.
That's it for now, but I'm sure I'll think of some more stupid shit GM did( or didn't) do.

This ^^^ is priceless!! I'm still laughing! (because it's true!) It's like riding in a low rider with hydrolics!

I literally LOL'd at this one. Seriously, you can't read half the buttons on my stereo or seat/memory controls.

I've wondered that about the radios too. As for the 1 lock on the 05 I like that, because someone only has one chance to pop the lock.

DRLs are crap, all materials feel cheap, AWD system, Build quality is crap, 3rd row seats must be removed to really get any decent storage room, still no factory HIDs in anything but the escalade, column shifter stalk is clunky,

Thought of 2 more:
Huge screen on nav radio, but little clock you can barely see in the corner.
AWD sucks the big one. It's not worth a shit when youre in heavy snow and it's hard to do doughnuts in. The regular 4wd is sooooooooo much better.

arent u all forgetting a key factor? the damn gauge clusters!!!!!!! Damn stepper motors...

also the airbag system blows along with the Electronic Brake Control Modules....

And that damn annoying fan above ur head for the climate control system....


But all in all im happy with my 01 Kon with 230xxx miles....

The rear bench would be awesome if it was able to recline. They do sell a kit to make it recline but thats $300+. I also agree with the "no button to pop open the rear hatch"

does anyone else with the fold down armrest in the front seat was up higher on the seat? i feel like i have to lean to the right to rest my arm. if i udjust the seat down its not comfortable on my back.

I feel the same for myself, however my girlfriend finds them comfy, Guess it's cause im 6'1" and shes short lol

I'm 6'6" and everything lines up great for me, as far as arm rests go. my seems to be on the same level as the rest on the door.

I have no issues as I've replaced or modified everything except the alternator and that is due to my aftermarket stereo. 02 denali has all kinds of stuff the 03+ lack though I do wish a 5 speed or 6 speed tranny were standard especially with the 6.0, took over $4000 in parts and lots of bloody knuckles to realize how much potential my truck has.

aspirators, ****** paint on the buttons and center console so it wears off, air ride compressors, making denali's all time AWD, 2nd row seats too close to front row seats, rear air vent actuator always locks up in our trucks, cluster LEDs burning out and finally......

for my '02:
-want a one touch button to make all window go down at once
-the back spark plugs are a ***** to get to with big hands
-have a LED screen HVAC control like the 03' and up
-harder to get the rear low to be level with the front when bagged
-wish my seats had A/C in them
-wish the leather seats wouldnt crack so easily
-wish the rear seats were farther back so i dont have to move my chair up when people sit behind me

Weak tranny,
the rear spark plugs as mentioned before,
HA! I had a EBCM go out,
no console or glovebox light (hell '80's Vettes come with console lights)
Haven't had to use the jack, but may throw in a floor jack in case!
