Does the water pump have a weep hole on a 2002 yukon? The thing just started leaking but not sure where its coming from. From what I'v seen it looks like it's coming around a gasket on the pump but not sure.

then the gasket is probably bad , how many miles on the truck?

I have got 160,000 on it.

Well do you think just the gasket is bad or do I just need to change the whole pump out with this many miles on it?

My water pump went out at about 70,000 miles. it was leaving a fairly large puddle everywhere I stopped. I had it replaced.
Just today I noticed the replaced pump leaking, with only 107k miles. No puddles yet, but I can see that it is dripping on the front of the engine.
