I've read A LOT of threads on cams from multiple websites and haven't exactly found what I'm looking for. I would like a cam with more bottom end without losing any top end. It's a daily driver. Mostly city, until winter rolls around. Then I'm hauling Rangers and Four-Wheelers back and forth to the camp. CompCams recommended the 208/212 on 114 LSA, but I would like a 112. Anyone running this cam and like the torque gains? Anyone have any other recommendations? Mods are in sig.
Also adding LTs and ORY-pipe.

Im very happy with my Vinci Trucker Cam, produce good amount of torque/horsepower through the RPM Rev band..

Did you notice any differance in fuel economy... I wouldnt mind more power but I dont want to sacrifice fuel economy

TO be honest with you it wouldn't be fair for me to try to compare fuel economy because i put the CAM and Supercharger at the same time and i couldn't keep my Lead foot off the Gas pedal

This is where i got it from.

You will need to change springs with any cam basically. For this cam you need dual springs. Im running the prc duals. And while your in there get hardend push rods 7.4". Also can get lifters since the ones that come stock are noisy.

I can make an exhaust clip of mine if you like to see how it sounds in a 5.3

How about this cam?

I've been in the market for a good torque style cam as well. I feel the lift is a bit excessive on the 215/223 LSr

But my eye is also on the 212/218 or the 216/220.

Honestly the best thing to do is go to comp cams website and fill out the info sheet and a tech will get back to you on what cam you should go with. I followed their advise and never looked back and don't regret it what-so-ever.

Imma try to get that exhaust clip for you guys this weekend.
