Question one: Is there supposed to be a gap between the front bump stops and what ever it is that they hit? Mine are resting on the frame.

Question 2: Will there come a point where I'll have to worry about the panhard bar and rear swaybar hitting eachother when I eventually lower the truck?

no. I'm not the original owner. I have no idea what the status of the suspension adjustment is. I thought it was at stock setting

it kinda looks like ur t-bars are cranked down a little

no, that looks about right, you are on an incline.

Mine were touching at stock ride height.
I did crank my t-bars up about 3 turns (~1/2 inch) to even it out a little.

ya thats about how mine sits too but ive never been under it to see the bumpstops well never paid attention at least.
