Torsion Key HELP!!!!!

ok so i tried to put my new torsion keys in last night but ran into a major problem the factory ones wont come out..... i juiced em up with a shit ton of PB Blaster and nothing heated em up and nothing used my air hammer and nothing not even the slightest movement like WTF else could i possibly do?

Is it up on a rack? Pics? Mine came loose after some penatrating lube and a hammer.

I did mine at a diy garage by my house, so I could put it on a lift to make it easier to work on. I cant imagine doing it on the ground. It was hard enough like that. I didnt have the proper tool to remove the key, so I used a big c clamp.

oh yea i have my own garage with a lift i would never wanna do them on the ground lol and i used a gear puller lol

When I did mine I ran into the same issue. Rusted Solid. I ended up unbolting the crossmember and cutting a notch so the torsion bar could go through and I could get it out of the way then took an angle grinder to them being careful to cut much into the torsion bars themselves. Took the old keys off wire brushed the bars put a shit ton of antiseize on the ends, put the new keys on, replaced the crossmember and welded it back up... If you have a welder its not too hard to do it that way rather than fighting with them.
