Did you ever put octane boost in it or fill it up with premium? Did you replace the other o2? Have you verified the crank position sensor isn’t bad?

if you are not sure if it's the pan look up higher I have had the lines leak, hard to tell sometimes because the wind blows shit everywhere
Oh yeah- I was driving to work one morning and I came off the freeway and a guy pulled up next to me and he had trans fluid all over the front of his car, and he told me my truck just blew a lot of it out the back. I hadn’t even noticed, it happened fast and he alerted me before the trans temp went up. The quick connect had let loose on a cooler line. I had recently had a fluid and filter done at a shop. That’s about when I decided to never let another shop work on my trucks. That could have easily taken out the trans ( which I did myself later on after I installed the blower but that’s another story) and I’m sure they would have said it wasn’t them.

Check your trans cooler lines I’d bet it’s one of those they tend to leak where the rubber hose attaches to the metal line and could blow out

This is exactly what happened to mine. The line popped out from the trans.
Now why would it break up under acceleration? I'm thinking they messed up the new O2 sensor putting in the bung. Possible? But no codes either.

The line popped out today? And yes it’s possible. It’s also possible it got messed up when it popped out and was dangling by the wire. That was my exact thought when you said it did that- I figured it was fu**ed at that point but I was hoping it wasn’t.
