Thanks for helping me buy another tool. Damn you.

Hahah!! Same.

I just read the first page of reviews on Amazon. I've never had a problem with it gripping a smooth pipe like one or two of the reviews said. In fact, that's what I bought them for- to turn the shaft in the center of a roll-up door to adjust the tension. A helper and I would be on each end of the door and we'd use the wrenches to put 1/4 turns on the shaft, taking turns. I've hung from them biting onto the door shaft. This was back in '01-'06, though. I hope they didn't switch to crappier materials and/or build quality since then.

I have learned that some people just don’t know how to properly use a pipe wrench. I had an old timer show me that if set properly, they are almost like a ratchet. Bite on the pull, slip on release, bite on the next pull...

That’s how I learned to use one. It was eye opening that such a sloppy tool could be so precise.

He stayed up too late last night asking all over the internet how to do it so he’ll be sleeping all day. :signs8:
Lol, sort of. I tore my garage apart looking for a grill I've had for years--finally gonna sell it--if the buyer doesn't flake out, and I sold some Ford Fusion oem seat covers. Had to dig that crap out too. I'm still contemplating my next move with the O2. I def wanna pick up some map gas, and maybe a box wrench. I think it's a 7/8 or 22 mm, but now that it's a little rounded idk now.
Funny what you find when you're not looking--

The tank is 1/2-3/4 full, but the flame only stays lit if I'm holding a lighter to the tip. As soon as I move the flame, the tip goes out, but the gas is still coming out.

yeah the cold freezes the gas up, the valve can freeze up too.

most you have to light em with a little gas, then you can open the turn screw up little by little till you reach the bluest pointed flame you can. turning the bottle on its side can mess up the flow as well. so get it where you need it, then adjust the flame.

Tony, just wanted to let you that we are all here for you and that we understand that sometimes it just takes time to fix things.

But, seriously, have you got the O2 sensor out yet!
