Tech2 freezens help!!

Got a Tech2 clone.

Diagnose when connecting to a car, erase DIC, freeze when starting live from diagnosis.

Same symptoms all the time.

Self test performed Tech2 and Candi module, but no problem was displayed.
VCI and 32mb card are also recognized in self test.
VCI and 32mb cards have been removed and reinserted many times.

The power supply to Tech2 may be AC connection when it is DC connection.
Both are powered.

My car is a 2007 Chevy tahoe lt3.

Since it's a clone, it doesn't need a message if it breaks.

Toss up some pics of your issue. Also, please outline your keystrokes up to the point it freezes.

The key position is in the ignition position with the Tech2 connected to the vehicle.

Sometimes I turn on the engine, but it freezes no matter how many times I try.

It often freezes on screens with softkeys.

Please power it up and show the tile screen. We need to confirm what software is on the card.

Thats your problem. You need a new card or to flash that one to 33.004. You can buy one rather cheaply or if you have tis2000 on your pc and can connect to your tool you can flash the card yourself. There are instructions we can dig up for that.

He has the wrong card for what he is trying to do.

Two problems. First, you have the wrong card as George and Joe said. Second, the Tech-2 does indeed freeze up when you go and start the engine with it on. This may be a feature of all Tech-2 or just the clones, I don't know.

I hurriedly ordered a new English card. I didn't think other languages would cause trouble. I assumed it was a hardware problem.

I am happy with your answers. I understand that you are using the wrong card. I ordered an English card.

I believe SAWA is not from the united states so the language shown is probably the one he uses
