How you gonna fix that Freon leak? Custom hose?

One of the guys here said to just bend the aluminum tube part just before it bolts up. That will be hard to do but I am going to try. I thought about taking it to a hydraulic hose place and having it cut and spliced longer but not sure if that would be OK. Also thought about cutting the end off and re-welding it back turned to what would work. If I can bend it just a little it would help.

So I was a busy bee this weekend.
Did the upper dash pad, do to it rattling like crazy. Found out why it was rattling, damn retain brackets where broken. So before installing the new pad I put gorila glueon all the brackets to strengthen them.

Did the rear radio control delete, I couldn't find anything like a pocket to put in there. So I scored a rear panel without radio control and installed it. Only thing is that I lost the rear accessory outlet. Since I was there I deleted the harness that connects the cassette deck, rear radio control back to the radio. All it is was a jumper cable to connect them all to the main harness, once that was gone checked if ever thing was good which it was. All the speakers and radio worked.

What did you grab that out of? I've never seen that before.

So finally installed them. Old one were just broken while removing them and the new ones where a pain in the ass to install. I guessing the plast-dip was to thick for the tabs to go in, but what assn improvement it has made.
