Tahoe ltz 2017 upper control arms problem!

I have problem with my AVV stamped HD upper control arms that my 20" wheels will touch the arm when i turn to the max . Is this normal for car with 10k miles ? Some photo will posted soon

Every things is OEM no any modification

The dealer inform me that he will replace the upper and lower arm with 2016 model is that enough

You likely need a different wheel/tire setup to prevent rubbing like that unless there is something wrong with your steering.

At the very least, an alignment.

I have aftermarket 20" rims on my Tahoe and I do not experience any rubbing. After the repairs I'd verify that the wheels do not make contact with the control arms or you will have the same problems. As others have stated, I would check the back spacing on your wheels to ensure there is enough clearance.

I noticed rubbing in the same area on my 2015 with factory 18" rims. Not as bad as yours, and only on the passenger side. Seemed to me it only rubbed when steering is turned all the way to the left.. I have 60k miles on mine I assumed it needed an alignment?
