definitely need a picture far off at night with the other lights and no glare...but I like it. Looks good. How long you think that double sided tape will hold up?
Thanks.
I have been using 3M double sided tape for many things on exterior, and has held up very well for yrs. Clean surface, good to go. But it can be removed fairly easily when u want it to come off. And not mess up surfaces. Great stuff, when screws, nuts & bolts or harsh adhesives aren't ideal.

That actually looks really good ... just be mindful of not leaving them on too long cause first they will melt the tape and eventually the plastic.
Thanks soulsea.
Not too worried about heat issues with these small LEDs and the 3M tape. Used the same 3M on my LED arrow lights inside my side view mirrors for probably over 2yrs now. Heat, cold, rain, water, snow ect.. Kept on for hours at a time, with zero issues. And 3M tape still strong.
Not at all doubting you. The size and scale you referring to, as far as high heat goes, more house hold size LED bulbs which use heat sinks, larger scale, multiple close n inclosed, High Power LEDs ect?.. I know LEDs produce heat, and yes they can get very hot. Never been a factor with the smaller 5mm-10mm(guessing here there size) and like, LEDs I've used for auto. Heat is an LED killer tho.
Again, not doubting or saying wrong. I know you know your lighting and info. So not trying to come off rude, apologize if it is, not intentions.
But always willing to learn more. So any info you got, would love to read n know.
