[SOLVED] 2012 Yukon Denali, between 10 to 15 mph the front end sways

Finally figured out what was causing the low speed swaying left and right. Driver side rear tire tread separated internally
with a bulge the size of my fist. Didn't see it until it was on a lift in the air.

Definitely get the wheel looked at on a balancer with no tire mounted for any damage, like being bent as well.

Ok, I trust they checked it...but was meaning lateral runout.

Could also be a rear tire separation.

I gotta say that looks like a rear tire separating.

The tires on my these trucks can take a hard hit square in the kisser. I had an OEM 22” slip / tear its internal steel belts. It immediately put the tire in bounce house mode and took out the already tired mag strut.

Hit no bumps, no loss of pressure, just a manufacturing flaw on a tire with 25% tread left. Keep an eye on the simple stuff occasionally.
