rec port heads have crazy good flow numbers for a stock head. a cam will be your single biggest gain and nothing else without a good cam really matter unless you go boost.

I'd be considering 3.73. If I drove up & down very steep / long hills,
drove most of my miles metro / urban / city, and/or Towed / Hauled heavy,
4.10.
Only mod that noticeably improves acceleration, improves city MpG,
has a negligible effect on highway MpG (unless you already drive 'Miss Daisy' to begin with)
and improves transmission durability and longevity.
