How difficult is it to ship tires. I have a set with 500 miles I’d like to sell.

I'd think a set of new OE Goodyears or Michelins would sell really quick for $5 - 600. Other brands might sell?

I put new tires on my Denali right after I bought it. Do I have any chance of being able to sell the stock tires for this vehicle? What is the best way to do this? Craigs list?
