Retractable Cargo Cover

On my list was seeing if I can retrofit a power lift gate. I guess now I'm going to research it more.
I imagine after you swap the motor, wiring, switch panel, and fuses/relays you'd be much better off just finding the correct cover.

Can you add/extend something to the end of the narrower cover?

Just seen this ebay seller that seems to carry both auto and manual cargo covers.. Looks aftermarket new, not factory.

The only thing that worries me about this is the generic phots and not actual photos.

I have seen so many GMT900 vehicles in Pick a part here where I live. My plan is to trace the wires and see what I can figure out. Stay tuned.
