I am looking for some images for anyone who has a cover in there Tahoe or Suburban or Yukon. I was able to find one, but I am at a loss as to how it connects at the back. The cover is smaller at the end, and doesn’t spand the length of the rear. I am hoping to see if anyone has any photos of it installed in their vehicle. I need to see if i am missing any crucial pieces.

Good chance, the year model will be a different cover.....
What does the rear 'catch' look like on yours?
Mine is an '05 XL...
I have 2 choices, where to put the forward 'catch'...... then the rear 'clips' to this shape.
Pics are of left / right side....

I have an 07 Suburban LT. I found the cargo cover on Marketplace.
What you are missing is a powered lift gate.

The cover you have is for the powered lift gate model which has a motor tucked up inside the driver's rear quarter panel making the interior trim stick out a tad further on that side. Unfortunately you have the wrong cargo cover.

On my list was seeing if I can retrofit a power lift gate. I guess now I'm going to research it more.

I imagine after you swap the motor, wiring, switch panel, and fuses/relays you'd be much better off just finding the correct cover.

Can you add/extend something to the end of the narrower cover?

I have seen so many GMT900 vehicles in Pick a part here where I live. My plan is to trace the wires and see what I can figure out. Stay tuned.
