Removed door bumpers and badges

This was easy enough to do. Fishing line to get the edge free of the double side tape (three strips), a heat gun to soften up the tape. Once the bumpers are off a $10 eraser wheel on a variable speed drill gets the tape residue off. And followed by some mr. Clean pads to get the dirt discoloration build up and it’s looking good.

I haven't had any good ones yet, but came close many times.

There are a few gas stations where concrete-filled pipes somehow manage to find that unprotected sweet spot above or below the door guards!

I have been lucky and learned...
After hearing that dreadful waaay-to-close-to-making-a-HUGE-dent clunk a few times, I have programmed myself to not fling the door open quick at the pumps.
