Here’s the best I’ve been able to achieve in over a year on 87 octane with 10% ethanol (if it has didn’t have ethanol then it would’ve been higher).

What’s interesting is on the other screen not shown after filling up it thought the max mileage is 520 miles. Some of this driving is a mix of 61 mph and 75 mph. Obviously the mpg went down when going 75 mph.

2001 GMC Yukon XL k1500 5.3 Loaded with the normal junk in my trunk (accounts for 2 People) 13.5 mpg combined 265 60 r18 tires nearly all freeway (with bigger diameter tires or different gearing I could probably break 18 mpg)
(I drive like 10 miles in the city a week rest freeway besides specific circumstances) cruise control 68 ish with bad spark plugs, good intake filter (oem spec) no exhaust or engine modifications, worn fuel system 162k? Miles going hard merging on the freeway and a few good hills, if you chill on the merging and passing you can probably hit 14mpg combined with (mostly) freeway. I’m on “highway” tires but they suck for mileage.

Been 2K miles since I turned off AFM on my 2018 Yukon Denali Ultimate with 6.2L 10 speed & factory 22" rims. With a fare about of spirited driving, some 120mph+ runs & many hours of rush hour traffic my overall average is 21mpg for the last 2,000 miles.

I get 28 mpg when driving from Texas to California in my 2018 Escalade with 45k miles. The best I seen was 36 mpg for a 25 mile average.

Downhill with a tailwind @ 45mph? Or is your dash set to kilometers?

We live in a small town so there's not a lot of city driving here. Use mid grade gas always. Usually see about 22 mpg on trips really loaded up, a bit under 20 with routine daily driving. 2019 4x4 Tahoe with the 5.3 gas non-flex gas engine. Just went out and took a pic of the readout.

At the risk of being repetitive, I repeat, vehicle display “may not” be the same as the actual calculations done via the manual method. My 17 always reads a bit higher and the tires/gears are stock configuration.
So real life should be actual manual calculations.

See Post #120, we had the whole Sharp vs. Casio vs. HP vs. Onboard Computer discussion...I tihnk for 2021+ it is proving to be pretty darn accurate.
