Here are some pictures. I have debadged the rear tailgate other than the Denali badge, added WT mud flaps and adding window tint up front and rubber mats inside otherwise that will probably do it for a while. They are beautiful trucks without much modification needed! We like to see dirty trucks, too!
That is awesome! Would you mind posting a picture of what that looks like? I was doubtful that we would ever see that happen.I tested and and Airplay showed directions on my digital cluster.
The HUD displays Apple car play directions on my 2022 Premier.Hm. I will have to fiddle with my settings and see why the Airplay map isn't showing me the turn-by-turn on my digital dash/heads-up display
. I'm glad to hear it will do that because sometimes I prefer to use the Apple Maps.
@StephenPT and @DenaliCountry - that's awesome. I was deadset that once my OnStar subscription ran out, then the maps on my dash would be useless. Way cool! Thank you
@Cryptocap let me know if that works. Fingers crossed that it works, but knowing GM I'm not holdling my breath.
I’ve heard this doesn’t work, but I’d be very interested in knowing results from you trying it.
Try a different setting on the iphone wifi, it may be wireless ac, etc and the vehicle may not support it or even see it. i have devices here that will not even see half of my wifi signals i have 6 or more different n/a/c and different security typesI'm an apple user. I've tried. My Tahoe will not recognize or connect to my iPhone hot spot.
Does it show up on the digital dash or just the HUD? Did you have to change any settings? The HUD displays Apple car play directions on my 2022 Premier.
I'll post a pic next time I am using it. I have a 22 Yukon SLT. It looks just like the Google nav tho. That is awesome! Would you mind posting a picture of what that looks like? I was doubtful that we would ever see that happen.
Also, what vehicle does that work in? I have a '22 Tahoe RST coming someday.
Thanks! I would still like a picture if it isn't too much trouble.I'll post a pic next time I am using it. I have a 22 Yukon SLT. It looks just like the Google nav tho.
Yeah I definitely am noticing that the mileage is no where near my tahoe. And the Tahoe had the same drive train (6.2l 10 speed). Not surprised when you look at how aerodynamic the truck isn't lol.I have the same Denali, same packages and color. Love it. A little harder on fuel than my 2016 Tahoe but it rides better and quieter.
Hi,It runs out when you no longer have a data plan through OnStar. If you continue to pay for data, then the connected services via Google will continue to work.
However, you have built-in Android Auto and Apple Car Play, so if you have either of those Mobile OS', then you can connect NAV through those services and they will always work so long as you have a cell phone plan.

Awesome, thank you for that! Did you have to change any settings for that to work?It works on mine. I have a 22 Tahoe RST. It’s getting tinted right now but I’ll take a picture once I pick it up.

EDIT: added the photo. @Crzylgs
Usually I have my music in that section. So just switch it to navigation with the steering wheel button. But no changes in the settings.Awesome, thank you for that! Did you have to change any settings for that to work?
Great, thanks! I have had several people tell me that isn't possible. I am so glad that it is easy and just works! Now I just need my Tahoe delivered. Hoping it is being built this week.Usually I have my music in that section. So just switch it to navigation with the steering wheel button. But no changes in the settings.
it stop working when 4g is shut downYes that is correct, I have it setup already, was just curious what happens when the trial runs out. Wireless car play definitely helps with the long term need for navigation though lol. Surprising they would offer a navigation technology that you have to pay for monthly to be able to use...
