Left work a little early to go see what was done. They skimmed the driveway and put the little extension to future casa. Turn isn't exactly how I envisioned but it's good enough. They still have to smooth everything with a skid steer. They spread three more loads of crusher
On a positive note, none of the pad moved, even with fully loaded trucks driving on it.

We had some turkey out there today. Saw a black snake crossing the road, a few houses up. Deer tracks are always in the fresh work, and we had something tracking around that had a paw print bigger than my hand. Bear maybe?

Met with my project manager from the POA. They have to do a site inspection and go over all the rules, set backs, etc. She was impressed with the work. After a little chit chat, I discovered she's the president of the local corvette club. She and her husband have a 2024 e-ray, a 2025 z06 convertible, and a 2025 stingray. 65 years old. Long story short, good conversation and I should have no problem with the approval.
They meet Thursday and she said I should be able to get my permit Friday. Needless to say, she appreciated the work and cleanliness of the site and all for having the shop. I was worried about it.
We also meet with the builder on site Friday.
