It's not typical for residential. You can drive over it with anything that's legal to drive on the interstate. Tank is about 7x more than a standard commercial, 15x more than a residential. I'm just covering myself for the future.

I sell/make them so why not :emotions33:

price shipped to 28682?

Tank alone is $8,500. Castings are $700 each (need 2). Depending on depth, you can figure around $350vf for risers (2 sets). Shipping would likely be around $1,500 and you'll need a crane on site to set the tank unless your contractor has an excavator that'll lift 22,500lbs plus rigging.

Well boys we really have power. I took a little light out there a few weeks ago and had no power, even tho my meter was on the transformer was making noise. Didn't have any tools to diagnose at the time and my grading guy said he'd have someone go check it out. I told him I'd investigate, no worries. Finally dried out enough to get back there today.

I had power at the breaker and power at the outlet, but they had the gfci out wired to the load side instead of the live side. Easy fix. Kinda annoying that I paid for this to be built, but at least it was easy to diagnose and fix.

Still haven't heard anything from my builder. He's wrapping up a couple small jobs so I'm going to be patient. He's been more than patient with us.

Meeting with my grading guy mid next week to go over finalizing everything in his/my scope. Hopefully the rain will hold out and I can officially be done with my obligations.

Met my grading guy Wednesday. He immediately said we need more fill, the garage was going to be too close to the driveway. Glad he said it first, because I thought the same.

They're hauling fill all day today. Starting with one truck, then going to 3 when they finished up another job.

We decided to take the orange truck for a spin and go weed eat above the retaining wall. The weeds were getting out of control.

We got out there around 1:00. They'd hauled 4 loads. I did the cleanup and when we were leaving, we passed a truck on my road, so that's 5, then passed a second on the highway. Be cool if they could get 10-15 trips in today. Idk if they will or not. He thought we'd need 20-25 to gain another 10' or so. Good news, the existing fill passed a proof roll so I feel good about that!:)

On to the photos

Not according to facebook marketplace…. There is apparently tons and tons of free fill out there to be had…. Now if i can get one of those mfers to call me back.
It's like everything else in life. When you need it, there's none to be had. When you need to get rid of some, no one wants it.

As of today, 22 loads have been hauled in. With the weather, I told him to keep hauling until I run out of space or he needs the trucks doing something else. I'm hoping we can fill the entire space, but I'll take what I can get.

If there’s one thing I’ve realized about you, even tho we haven’t met, is that you’re always willing to take more loads.
