Possible Engine Wire Harness Chafing on Some 21’s

Just a PSA that this was recently posted on the GM TechLink website where it talks about chafing on one of the engine wire harnesses which can cause a variety of problem codes to be set.

Looks like it can affect all engines in some of the 2021 Tahoe, Yukon, and Escalades along with the pickups that share the same engine.

That's a good find. Thanks for sharing. I'll check mine and probably add some heater hose around the suspect harness locations. I know on my 05 Dmax there are a couple of locations that were infamous for causing all kinds of gremlins to pop up. An ounce of chafe protection is worth a pound of chasing electrical issues.
