I don’t think that part is sold separately, but I could be wrong. Might need to buy the whole line assembly.

I did find some on dormans web site that are green in color and are for the fuel line. I might give them a try.

Clips are part of the line not serviced separate. Must replace the line.

I purchased the plastic clips that Dorman's had. They are green in color and two different sizes in the package. I used the small one and it worked.
