The leaning tower of power! I had several in the same car. The bottom end just would not take any high rpm revving.

All of mine were in late 70's Dodge p/u's. My first truck I bought when I turned 16 had the LTOP and was a 5 speed manual with overdrive. All the others were three on the tree. Only one I saw mated to an automatic was a dude at work that had Dodge Dart. It actually moved pretty good. Those things took a beating.

I converted this one to a stick. And power disc brakes.

I was thinking Toyota Celica. Probably the same car, different name.
Yes know the car. Very similar but the celica is lower and wider looking. Not too dissimilar to a notch back mustang. Have a photo of a 1980 celica I owned. Will dig it out for you when I get home from work and find a cold effervescent refreshment. [emoji481][emoji106][emoji16]

I thought the same. Australia's cars(older)were ever so slightly different then the models the US got.
Yeah saw the word trueno on it. Ment to take more pics of as I thought it might invoke the odd question [emoji106][emoji16]

The 79-80 GT hatchbacks were the best looking of the entire run.

From the B pillar forward, same as the states--our Toyota Celica, and corresponding year. B pillar back kind of looks like our much older Celicas--late 70's possibly.
