Nope, i looked at the entire car, if that car had any work done they are really good but they need a new paint mix mach....no over spray or any sign of body/paint work..... thats gm paint.....unmatched silver on a plastic/rubber bumper cover and steel hood/fender just like my brothers '86 monte cane from the factory....30 yrs ago

But they wouldve painted it while off the car tho. over spray wouldnt be an issue. Either way I know plastic is always a shade off from metal but if that's factory then damn I'd be taking my car back for a new one, that's like 10 shades off.

He was checking the oil. Also had a coolant leak. The MAF was bolted on to the throttle body with no intake tube or filter. Wasn't the cleanest swap. He told me he was trying to get all the kinks worked out.
