This OBS at Home Depot this morning... I didn't have a chance to ask if the badging was accurate. It's in very nice condition, and that's an old style license plate. He's had that ride for quite a while.

That is a 3/4 ton and could easily have had the Vortec 7400 (L29) that is essentially a 454.

True enough, but it's no SS. It's the WT454 [the Working Towing 454].

Rig could have definitely had a 454 in it but that decal only came on the 454SS pick up trucks which were all regular cab short bed pick em up trucks.

I miss my ’93 STS…. ( bought from a friend )….. When dealer received it from the factory, it had a scratch from a chain on the hood. They got a good auto painter to completely repaint it…. It was nice !! I had no clue what brand wheels on it…. But they were a perfect style.
