we have a number of Gov vehicles that are the same trim but not the full PPV.. also Narcotics uses this trim package that is basically a PPV with out the smaller wheels and tires.

Do you mean it has bigger wheels then 17's? I saw a ppv yesterday that had custom rims. Looked exactly like the one in the pic, including the lights under the rear third brake light housing.
