Passenger seat adjustment motor part number?

I bought a 2012 Suburban LTZ a couple years ago and the passenger seat will not move up and down, just forward and back. The stealership I bought it from said that the adjustment rod was stripped and it was $800 to replace. Anyone run into this situation? I haven't been able to find a schematic to find a part number to even start looking at junkyards or aftermarket for this part. Any insight would be helpful! Thank you!

Try messaging @915_Tahoe with the first 6 of your VIN. Have you verified no wires unplugged or pinched? Power at the switch?

So I am having a similar issue. I can hear the motors working, but no up/down adjustment. Like OP the forward/reverse work fine..Strange it is BOTH seats... are the odds in my favor it's these gears I need to replace?? I haven't had the chance to pull the seats to investigate.
