My 2019 yukon keeps giving p0340 and p0341 codes. I took it to a mechanic who supposedly had fixed the issue and replaced the camshaft position sensor and wiring harness. Few days later the codes are back. Any clue as to what the issue might be? Also does anyone know if this suv has more then 1 camshaft sensor?

1 camshaft sensor. That code can be a few things. Camshaft sensor, wire connectors to the sensor, broken wire in the main harness, or even a bad circuit in the computer or aftermarket cam of course. Is it behaving funny at all? taking longer to start? poor fuel mileage, etc? A good mech will have the tools to pinpoint the issue. Dealers definitely have those tools.
