ok, I bought the DJM kit, and bolted it up with easy, just takes some common sense. I have to admit, I installed the shock extender wrong at 1st and could only get 1" drop out of my kit. Got researching and pictures always pointed the extender down, so I made some changes, removed the isolators, and now I got my arse down 3.5" in the rear!

I decided to use the stock keys upfront, as my truck is a stock 2wd, and had crazy rake when I got it. So Im actually ONLY 3 turns down from the stock 2wd height. Rides like butter. Im surprise how well it rides and handles, and I take some serious turns, and it just hugs the road so well.

This is the real deal

The drop was economical and did wonders for my truck, looks tons more sportier. Tony was a big help as well, as I picked at his brain.

Now I have a BEFORE the drop pics. looks like a sky scraper

thanks fellas, that truley means alot!!!

Ive learned from almost every one of you guys, since I 1st discovered this site. As you can see, Ive been study'n hard. LOL If only the 22s wasnt on backorder, I prob be sportin those, but I said F-it, its about performance, and got the dubs. The truck flies like a bat out of hell. It was pcm4less street tuned. Everyone who tries to run me fails mesirabley. My best kill was a s500 @ 130mph, he said I blew past him at that speed. We started from a 60 run with him getting a very nice head start. All I know is the truck kept pulling harder than a son of a ***** and would not stop pulling. So this thing does over 140 I would say, just wish I had my GPS that night.

Still got lots plans, big brakes and rotors all the way around, painted calipers red. Cam, Heads, Headers, Exhaust, Intake, 6.2L camed swaped, shit the list can go on forever.

Looks very nice! I've been thinking of lowering my Tahoe but didn't want to lower it too much. I had in mind about what you did to yours.

So for the front if I understand you correctly, did you just leave the stock keys in and adjusted them to lower the front?

Looks Great!

When I did mine I painted the front valance on my LT with Krylon FLEX. Cleaned it with alcohol first. Hasn't peeled and makes the black-out complete.

Nice job!

Yes, stock keys.

Its the stock keys, decranked 3 turns. I still have my djm keys in the plastic wrap. I get the extra .5 inch in rear from removing the isolators. Tony was great, This drop is economical and looks outstanding. Minded I have a 2wd.

1 more from that group, this is what 2% tint looks like.

also I plan to decrank another 1/2 turn. This will compensate, for the isolators which are removed for the .5 in the rear. I think Ill be dead perfect then. About the valence I will get to it soon. Real soon. :)

Wanted to share this too. Before the drop. After the street tune
