Looks good. Front lip looks a touch higher than the rear lip in that picture unless you are at an angle. What are your measurements from ground to center of the fender lip? Which drop kit did you go with?

Even if OP's truck was tucking rims, it still wouldn't be a lowrider.
Now, replace those 26s(?) with 17" spokes and whitewalls, slam it about 4" more, add some gaudiness such as wrapping the interior in crushed velvet and gold-plating anything not body colored... THEN it'd be closer to what is known as a "lowrider". Hydraulic suspension may or may not be a defining factor in achieving lowrider status.
