Are you out of alignment now?

I know how you feel though, I did some extensive suspension mods to an Acura in the past. I never felt safe in it, and I don’t know if it was something I missed or just in my head.

How about wheels and tires? Did you change them?

I had a set of 24s on my Tahoe that would push my steering wheel all over the road, once I changed back to my winter tires, it stopped. Bought a different set of 24s and I never had the problem again on that truck.

How were the ball joints, and tie rod ends?

I know you had to knock all the stuff out to replace the spindles. Were they suitable to continue using or should they have been replaced?

Welcome to the forum from Oregon.

Before doing this work, did you do a complete and thorough inspection of ALL the components that would be disassembled and reused? Like @Doubeleive and @Tonyv__ say, complete install and Hellwig makes sense and so does KNOWING the reused components are in top shape.

Why was this work done to begin with? What are the plans for the vehicle after doing this work? Anytime you lift or lower a vehicle, from stock engineered stance, you have to plan on wearing out other steering and suspension components at a faster rate.

Did it get an alignment after the work was done? Care to share the "after" numbers on it?

If the front jounce stops don't contact the lower control arms at ride height, you may want to correct that. It's a critical fulcrum point in the front suspension.

You would think I could remember about those jounce stops.
