New oil pan - is this normal casting?

Just received a new oil pan from rockauto - this is GM original equipment.

Is this normal? Should I worry about leaks? It does feel pronounced as if it was cracking on the mold but I dont know how this is manufactured of or if it would leak through the cracks.

Edit - Checked eBay for pics, seems to be par for the course. Pretty wild looking. Not sure it would leave the factory if it was USA but apparently anything flies in Mexico

Not really concerned about what it looks like as long as it doesnt leak

Looks (to me) like a hastily applied coating. Why am I wrong? Seriously, I want to learn something.

Wow. If that was concrete on one of my jobs I'd say it flash dried. Think mud in the desert after rain dried. That would be a defect.

Replace it if you don’t feel right about it. It does look weird though.
