thanks to all. well rain for the next few days so not to much getting done.. i wanted to wake it up from the dead this week. want to hear this cam idelin at 1000rpms with open headers. bet the neighbors will love that. prob think its some big ass race boat.

kinda its been realy hot outside and my dad had to do headgaskets on a corba that he built 2-3 years aro. the guy over heated it. he turned the power off on the car and killed the cooling fans. my dad had to get the heads milled down to ture them back up.
i pulled the nose back off and striped the inner fenders and block the fenders. put a good coat of primer on and we shoot the inner fender wells and a parts from the dash in paint. i have to take some pics and post them.

well nice day out today got some work done today. no new pics but what i got done in the last few time i got to work.
shifter b&m hammer. good to go
97% of wireing to the eng done.
0 awg to the trunk. 4 awg ground on the eng. 4awg to the starter and alt. 4awg to 2nd batt and iso. 0awg to both batts.
overflow tank in.
i have a few days off starting tuse so with a lil luck and go weather. put the steering column bolt a seat in. bleed the breaks and take it out of the hole that it lives in.

well it was raining out today. so not to much i could do. so i made up my gauge cluster. still have to put the vent in and the cover for the lights and stuff

That engine is nasty!
I'm a freak for Monte SS's - had three or four. We currently have an 84 at my father in laws with less than 50 miles. It was a theft recovery back in 84 so it's never really been on the road. The ralley wheels, interior and frame look like new, it just needs an engine, paint and put back together. Would make a great pro touring car! Got a 79 T/A I wouldn't mind something with too.
