2022 Yukon SLT Summit white

A dealer on Facebook just told me that there is an issue with harnesses. He got this information from someone at the plant.
I ordered the same thing and it is sitting in the dreaded Mid lot....

I was supposed to hear from my dealership on Monday for an update but haven't gotten anything yet this week... starting to lose hope! Also kind of thinking of maybe waiting for the 2024 refresh? Idk at this point.

Seeing some movement today on 3 vehicles heading to Texas...they were bayed 05/08 and paired today...the ones highlighted in the orangey-peach color are those that don't have window stickers yet...View attachment 370536
Kate_t how are you able to see if a window sticker is available? I tried the link that was posted and it didn't work. I dont suppose you do tracking on tahoes do you? My husband called the dealer today and our rep said she is going to get with the sales manager and try to get an update or at least a reason for the delay. He is looking to buy a camaro ZL1 so hoping that will help motivate them to do some investigating on the tahoe.

No, to be clear, I'm a normal non-GM, non-vehicle-business-selling-owning-related individual. LOL.

You can get your window sticker by using this link:
ENTERYOURVINHERE
after the = sign, you have to enter your own VIN, no spaces.

If you don't get the window sticker, or see an error like this, it's because your window sticker hasn't generated yet.

I just stumbled on this video on youtube and he tried to explain what is happening with those vehicle sitting at midlothian.
. Its probably not the whole story but it does explain part of whats going on.

What's funny is, my window sticker PDF file downloads but Adobe won't open it. Says it's damaged or not a supported file type.

Is the jack Cooper search down? Checked today and now nothing. This morning it was showing in midlothian still.

Dealership said it is at 4300-Intermediate delivery. Which I am guessing is Midlothian. Wondering how many more weeks until it is transported to my dealer. Thank you!

No GM employees here. We used to have a link to one of the log company’s tracker but its down. See previous posts from beginning.

Besides the few movements @kate_t tracked, is anyone seeing arrivals at their dealer on the inventory site? Nothing came in for the last 2 weeks in my whole province.

Trying to judge what I could reasonably ask for during my next convo with the resolution team. Close to zero leverage… but at least if some stuff is moving we can play the ‘it should be LIFO’ card.

Do you have the number handy for the Canadian side?

I called the US number and they "sent" my escalation to an email.

Sorry, I didn’t try to find an executive resolution team or contact specific to Canada. Figured it was hard enough to get answers and that getting further from the source would make it even worse.

The number I have has an extension and is to reach the person “assigned” to my case: it took a few weeks after a first e-mail to get that, how long has it been since you had that exchange?

My experiences on the phone with the regular Canadian CS seem very similar to what Americans here describe for the US number: they really do not know much.
