Leveled tahoe rides horrible!!!

2004 leveled out with keys and spring spacers. Have rear upper aftermarket control arms. Constantly making small corrections to keep the truck straight going down the road. Also when you step on the throttle fromt end lifts pulls left and when you let off it wants to pull the opposite way. Constantly feels like your being blown around by bad wind on the highway. Everything checks out good all is tight truck drives straight other then the swaying. If i hook my boat to the back you cant drive a mile without it all over the place. This thing is really starting to irritate me. About to sell this thing. Any help would be great!!!

Did you get it aligned after you leveled it? All the stuff you are talking about sounds like alignment issues to me.

Either that (the alignment issue) or the steering linkage was already worn and the level made it worse.

Why wouldn't you just decrank the suspension back to stock height or even just a lower height before wanting to sell it? Do you have pictures of your suspension after "leveling"? You likely have the suspension maxed out and are seeing the consequences of it.

Mine did the same thing after I installed my keys. It would go down the road fine, then I'd hit a repaired crack in the road, and it'd feel like I was driving through 80mph wind gusts.

The bolts holding my front upper control arms had come loose, and every time I hit a bump, they would shift, and my alignment would move all over!
Had them all tightened down during a realignment, no more wandering....

The keys are not maxxed out. It was aligned after the level. What i did find were my front jounce stops are all messed up. Driver side is completely split in half and the passenger side is all wore out. Heard these things make major difference in ride quality on these things. Any thoughts?

Post pictures of your setup, the keys are only a small part of the front setup.

Yes the jounce stops are an important component of vehicles with torsion bar suspension. I'm willing to bet they're your problem. Adjusting the keys also probably caused them to be in contact even more, escalating or exaggerating the problem.

Jounce stops up front need to stay in contact with lower control arms. So if they are split or missing or even have a gap then that's the problem...

Also the upper control arm can be riding on the bump stops. Then your cranked too high.

You can also switch to coil spring setup up front.

Check for other worn components up front. Idler arm pitman arm tie rod end links and ball joints.

If those don't work then sell it or return it back to stock specs.

The coil springs in the front wouldnt that just be coil overs? I would love to do that. Has anyone done that?

Im saying i would love to get rid of the t-bar setup and do coilovers. However i replaced my jounce stops with the z71 replacements and spaced out the contact point on my lca so they are touching. The ride is night and day its amazing what those two stops can do. Still have a little wander but the ride is great!
