I have a Flexfuel conversion on my 2019 LT suburban, the sensor harness under the driver side passenger door jam where the pigtail is blind plugged right by the frame rail in front of the fuel tank. 1 GM sensor and some npt push fit connectors rated for fuel systems…. I haven’t sent the tuning out to blackbear performance yet to open the E85 tables. but I will once I get back home from the road. Everything fit like factory and it looks like it belonged there in the first place. I haven’t taken photos yet but I will in about two months when I’m home.

And I’m not worried about running E85 on a 50K mile truck…. It’s had the 91 octane tune running on it since it was @5500miles, 0 carbon buildup or gunk issues

Well since facory dash gauges are way off im installing sh$t load gauges, plus more gauges im gonna need for the future . Hiding them all over. Here is two of fuel pressure sensors im adding, one for AEM X series fuel pressure gauge and one for Innovare ECF-1 gauge

What brand gas station was 80%? That’s actually a pretty decent %.
From what I'm learning, the extra 3-5% is not going to make a difference anyway.

My Gen IV 5.3 gets about the same mileage burning E10-E30 and E40-E85 and the Gen IV 6.2 is a little different, getting roughly the same mileage on E10-E50 and E70-E85. There are sweet spots though to maximize horsepower and mileage.

Well i have a lot of idling since i was working on my semi in last 2 days so i used Denali to cool.me down. Friking 95f in MO. I think it will burn more but E85 here is $2.40 vs 3.80 for 93. But i didnt do it for MPG, i did it for future mods ill be doing. Im waiting in Fuel-it BT/Raw signal output 50-150hz jumper harness for E85 sensor

Right, but the mpg is a measure of efficiency and cost per mile to operate.

I understand that but we drive V8 heavy vehicles, we didnt buy them to be fuel efficient, but its possible to get better MPG out of them and if you like to do that more power to you

That's not what I meant. The increase in mpg is a measure of the engine's efficiency and power. An engine in good form will have a higher volumetric efficiency and make better use of its fuel than an engine that isn't running or set up correctly.

Im glad i can help. For some reason guys with SUVs dont mess with flex setups, and other mods like people with pick ups, i like to mod everything i have, why leave it stock. "Friends dont let friends drive stock"
I want the ability to run e85, just in case premium gets crazy expensive, or we have a fuel shortage like we did in May. I only put premium in the truck and we were on vacation when that shortage happened. "no problem. we can run e85". Then I did some question asking...It wasn't flex fuel

Its possible to splice aftermarket flex gauge on GM flex sensor. It works
First of all i installed Fuel It Bluetooth Raw signal output 50-150hz. Scanner shows 82.4%, Fuel It app 81-82% for its very close. Than i installed Fuel It Flex harness extension, shorten it some since 48" was too long, splice male plug from 2nd Fuel it extension i have using only white signal wire into 1st extension white wire. This way im only tapping into signal and not adding 12v and ground to existing flex sensor that already have that from the ECM. Installed Innovate ECF-1 4 in 1 gauge, also hooked Innovate fuel pressure gauge on top of flex sensor with adapter that comes with gauge
Scanner still shows 82.4 %, Fuel it 81F and innovate gauge shows 81.5%
