Just picked up a 03 Tahoe Z71 w/ only 41k

I just picked up a "new to me" 2003 Tahoe Z71 this week. Only 41k MI
1 owner from Arizona. Its like new. Quickly replaced the original tires w/ some 285/70/17 Firestone Destination AT's, tinted the front windows, ordered Weathertechs and had Ziebart rust proof it.

12K, Prob have another 2k in it real quick just doing maintence on an older truck. (tires, trans flush, alignment, diff and T-case fluid, power steering and brake flushes, Ziebart, etc)

Found it on my local Craigslist. Wasn't really lookin for one, but Just bought a 2012 Yukon a few months ago for the wife and took a liking to it, so when I saw the low mileage 03 Tahoe show up, I bought it for her and stole the newer one. I'll start driving the 2012 when the lease is up on my 2013 Sierra in July. I'll be modding the 2012 over the next few months getting it ready for me.

I've been watching my Craigslist for months and haven't seen anything nearly as nice as the one you found. Thought I had my Avalanche sold today and was kind of relieved when the guy backed out since I don't have anything else to drive and if I sell the Avy before I find a Hoe I'll probably buy an Impala for my new ride.

Nice find! I am in the opposite boat, sold my wifes 02 Tahoe for a 09 Yukon Hybrid and although it has lots of nice goodies and 20 mpg in town, she hates me for selling her 02. her 02 had 165K on it and I figured it was about time to let it go. There are several things that are better on the older generation such as seats, handling, and ect. I was very much surprised to see how much value these series of Tahoe's are holding when I began to look for a replacement for hers.( I will take the Hybrid )
