Is This Camshaft Reusable? Or Too Pitted?

looking deeper, it's a stage 1 cam and the reviews say slight cam sound. the ve table and maf needs. cleaned up a bit, and if it doesn't run smooth enough add 50rpm to idle.

Basically it needs the turn cleaned up.
