Installing Pioneer AVIC 8200 NEX - Questions?

I'm in the process of installing the 8200 NEX, but I don't know where to connect the RCA Audio Outputs for the Rear DVD system. I have the Maestro RR, GM5+, and AV GM5 (harness for the rear DVD system).

The pioneer only has RCA connectors for Front L/R speakers and Rear L/R speakers which are connected accordingly to the Maestro RR harness, a subwoofer out, rear camera out, video out (which is currently connected to the AV GM5 harness).

Do I need to connect the rear dvd audio outputs? will the ir headphones still work?

Anyone? Stuck right now and can't figure out how to get the rear dvd sound in the headphones.
