i hope not, ive seen various aftermarket intake manis for our trucks. i know the stock ones flow good but they are so ******** ugly

Highrise intakes are not good for trucks. Highrise intakes are for High RPM engines where the power is in the 6000+ rpms. You will be slower off the line than a smart car trying to move the weight of a truck.

No need unless you're pushing some boost. A cam and blower is better bang for the buck. More on a budget? just do a cam.

I have headers, CAI, exhaust, underdrive pulley, and a cam and I picked up about 100 wheel HP. All the mods cost round $2K for everything and I did the installs myself. Oh and a good tune.
