help choosing a radiator

after looking online my oem radiator is gm#22840115 or acdelco#21648. after looking at rock auto i see about 10 different choices... which one do you think is the best value?

i do have both trans and oil cooler
I just went through this on my 2007. All of those only have a 1" thick core but your factory radiator has a 1.3" thick core. Summit Racing has the correct replacement for a Denali. Looks for the OEM unit with the core that's thicker than an inch. I'll see if I can find a link...

there is the 103285 from 1800radiator, lifetime warranty. not sure what the price is at the moment, but they are located all over.

I was just going to post this.
This part number has both coolant and oil cooler included and was a direct replacement.
Fit like a glove and their service was actually very good. I had an issue with the first one and they had a new one out the next day no questions.

Lucky for me Summit is just 10 minutes away and had this one in stock when my radiator cracked last July. It was $171 with tax last year looks like the price went up.

When it came to Radiator and motor mount they were the cheapest around too. They use to have a clearance section and loved it, but they got rid of it.

i just ended up getting the csf 3128 radiator through rock auto. $170 all in

Lil’ help. Quick question on preventatively /proactively replacing radiator:

Trusted local shop has my 2001 Yukon 5.3L in for installing front shocks (Bilstein 4600) and noticed coolant leak at water pump. Checked my records …. It’s still the original OEM water pump after 22 years and 180,000 miles so for sure I approved the repair along w thermostat and top/bottom hoses.

Question - should I also replace the radiator?

I trust the Genuine GM design and don’t normally fix stuff that ain’t broke, but this would essentially zero-time my cooling system and that seems like good idea to me. It adds about $350 to the cost of the repair. I think am answering it own question, but what do you guys/gals think?

I'd backflush the radiator; force water through the radiator backwards til it comes out clean.
Then flush the radiator in the normal direction til it comes out clean.
If when you backflush the radiator again, it doesn't come out clean pretty damn quick, replace it.
