Has anyone come across their hose weeping at the crimp? I’m only at 41k miles

How much time? Year of rig? Looks rusty. How good is the rest of the coolant? Dirty? Ever flushed the coolant?

I have to say, that if you have never flushed this or added just water at one time or another instead of a 50/50 mix, you MAY have contributed to this. Maybe not but answer will clear some of this up.

Yes, and in my experience, go ahead and replace it. It will snap at that exact spot. I can't say when exactly, only that it will.

It was a quick disconnect thing. You can buy these special disconnect tools pretty cheap (plastic things that release the connection), but...the hard part is getting your hands in there to release it. Re-installation is was easy.

Curious about this comment. Maintenance schedule on a 2015-2020 for cooling system is 150k miles or 5 years

I would never let a cooling system go that long without maintenance. I always follow the severe schedule for maintenance and even then sometimes I do it before the time on that schedule. Also, where that seepage is, it looks rusty colored and wrong amounts of wrong mix added to a system can cause problems and even using the wrong type of coolant and mixing. That is why I posted it like a question because I was curious. Plus, if not original owner, who knows what the previous owner did to that system.
