So, I spent more on this crap than the trucks worth.

I have a 2001 Yukon that I purchased 7 years ago. I bought it with 170k and now have 318k, been a good truck needless to say(replaced transmission 10k m ago).

These 4:56's cost as much as the lift after labor and master bearing kit.. (The only thing I'll be outsourcing)

This should turn out well. Get some rear wheel spacers to even track width. Also get chrome denali headlights with clear corners.

Konvict, I knew I would need them but haven't ordered yet because I wasn't sure of the spacing I would need.. Any advice? The black halos were a straight waste of money, they are terrible at night.

( I want a full Denali Clip)

Most people use a 2 inch spacer to even it out

Looking forward to seeing this finished!

What are tuning plans for gears/tires?

Most are 1.5" spacers or whatever the cv spacer thickness is for the lift kit. Since your running oem replicas you wont have to trim stud ends. If you want a front end update I would do the HD hood, Denali lights with mini h1 retrofit, clear corner, and maybe sierra clip/bumper.

Not sure yet but I've gotta do something. Speedo reads 90 when I'm going 74 right now

The Sierra clip looks good, I'll have to start pricing around..

As soon as the kit shows up I'll measure the spacers.. Thanks for the advice

That's cheap for gear install! If they didn't cost so much I might do them on my Denali.

You might need a small front 3/16" or 1/4" wheel spacer to clear knuckle on that lift. You will have to test fit and see if needed with 22s.

Hopefully they will clear.. I don't mind an inch or so but I don't care much for half of the tire hanging out from under the truck.. I know I got a deal on the install but it still took 7 years owning this truck to pull the trigger on all of this.. I made it to 31 and ain't getting no younger:eek:

cant wait to see this done!

Hopefully it'll be clean, if not

Then there's this issue.. The tire shop made one of my wheels look like my wife drove it around the McDonald's curb.. What would you guys do?

Nice parts! Tell shop to buy a new wheel and keep current one that's damaged or give back to me for an extra to hang for wall decoration in garage.

They should've mounted them with the face of the rim down. Shop definitely owes you!

I agree, took me 7 years to finally get this nice stuff and some tire Jockey fubars my twankies..

Only reason it left the shop is because pop had to pick up 2 of them sat morning while I was working

Yup looks like they mounted face up and drug across rim. I always mount mine face down and surprised the tire could get over face and didn't rip. My current wheels can barely get alignment hanger between edge and tire. I have to hang them myself then let shop do alignment.
