Lol I have been looking for a truck. Either Sierra or avalanche. Just so happen to find the right one on eBay.
last guy I came across with one said they wouldnt fit, not sure why. Maybe he meant because of the harnesses, I dunno.

yea i'm guessing because of the harnesses... I think it could def happen. Physically they would definitely fit though since it's the same frame...

Thanks Edgar! I love having a black ride but man is it a gas guzzler. I thought 14 mpg was bad but now i'm getting 11.9 mpg. Of course I went from a 2WD 5.3L to a AWD 6.2L... that's cool..you still have time to read the 38 other pages of this ridiculously de-railed thread lol.

With your appliques/tails issue? this doesn't have a big applique and comparing pictures it just looks right... do you disagree/think it won't fit?

I doubt I will tune the esky... I will probably tune the avy though.. it already has a magnaflow exhaust system installed with a nice tip so once I get a CAI on it (prob go with the AIRAID modular intake tube again with a drop in filter) i'll do the BB Tune... again.
Dear god no, the appliqués were just the latest catastrophe ... it's not uncommon for these things not to be 100% interchangeable, the mirrors are another example.
I have no idea if the tail assy is the same on the avy or ext, alls I'm saying is it's worth looking into rather than assume. I'm sure there's a forum for such info.

u know u can tune a vehicle for better MPG, not just performance, no? Get an Autocal and do both of them. A tuned 6.2 is soooo much more fuel efficient than non-tuned.

I got it for my work truck lol. I loved the Tahoe front end and will essentially recreate the same thing I had before... Just in black this time.

Thanks man. I can't wait to start the modding either. Yes I still kinda do miss the Tahoe still but these two will keep my mind off of it for sure
