EVAP System.... found an o-ring where is it from?

I pulled my EVAP system apart to fix my fuel filling. Blew out fuel vent line. Checked purge valve, checked vent solenoid... it looks like it is a clogged charcoal canister...

I found this on the ground

I think it must be from the vent on the filler line to the gas tank connection....

Does anyone recognize it? and where does it get seated?

I know this is much later than you would have wanted, but it looks like the size of the purge valve o ring, though you said you already looked there.

I don't recall any red o rings that small in the EVAP system where the lines connect, though there may be one in the female end of the small line that is next to the much larger hose for the fuel fill neck.

Do you have a small inspection mirror that will allow you to see inside the female end of that connection?

It was on the connection of the fuel filter vent to the tank. ...... AUTOCORRECT got me filler, not filter

I believe he referred to this connection, between the spring and the main fuel filler hose (disconnected in this screenshot). Fuel filler neck vent. This is the only good option I could think of when the question was originally asked, noted in my first comment.
