Engine Bay Dress up.

I am starting a few projects in the winter season so I will be ready when the car shows begin next year.

First project is my engine bay dress up.

These trucks have the ugliest engine bays. I want to hide all of those fuse boxes, and all the ugly wiring and hoses.

I work at a performance car shop, so I whipped this up on my lunch break today.

I am going to paint it 2 tone to match the exterior of the truck.

I am going to be putting rubber caps on my batt terminals to keep it from arcing.

Not sure if I should paint anything on the top of the cover, or just leave it with the 2 tone....


Next is an engine cover.

I've been meaning to ask you ... since the whole top of your ride is gunmetal grey, how come you didn't paint the rear C pillars the same color?
